The Huntress and the Hunted is a Quest in Seven: The Days Long Gone.
The Hunters' Lodge is one of the most renowned institutions in the Vetrall Empire, and has a major branch on Peh. The certified hunters that belong to Peh's branch of the Lodge play a vital role in protecting the populace from the many dangerous creatures that inhabit the island.
Emeline Selar is one of the finest hunters the Lodge has ever seen. As one of only a handful of female hunters in the entirety of the empire, Emeline has grown accustomed to battling both monsters and prejudices.

Walkthrough
When you have completed the jobs necessary to become a certified Lodge hunter, Emeline will call to you on a small bridge leading to the Lodge building.
She explains that she needs your help with a job, and for more details you should meet her on the tower at Malkin Pass.
At the tower, she explains there is a dangerous beast lurking in the canyon beneath the tower - a female tyrofex. She needs you to keep the creature above ground while she shoots it with her sniper rifle. When it's down, Emeline needs its four fangs to fulfil the contract. You can negotiate your share now.
When you descend to the canyon, the tyrofex will appear. Emeline needs to shoot it three times to kill it.
When the tyrofex is dead, you will get its fangs immediately, and then Emeline will descend into the canyon as well.
( Note: Stay close to the tyrofex and keep moving. Evasion is your friend. If you get too far away, how- ever, it'll bury into the ground and Emeline will be unable to shoot it. )
When the dreaded beast has been killed, you can choose to steal the contract for yourself at the risk of making an enemy of Emeline, or you can take your cut of the payment but earn none of the recognition for the kill.
When Emeline has joined you in the canyon, she will declare that she's ready to pay you for your part and take the fangs from you. You have a number of options now:
- You can give her the fangs and end the dialogue. Now you can still steal the contract from her and go to Elias to collect the reward.
- You can tell her you want a bigger share of the reward, as it was you who did all the work!
- You can demand she hands over the contract, as you want the whole prize for yourself. Be warned, though: this option will trigger Emeline to attack.
After stealing the contract from Emeline, or openly opposing her but fleeing without killing her, you can go to Elias in the Hunters' Lodge to try to collect the reward for the tyrofex.
If Emeline died in the process, and you have both the fangs and her contract, you can collect the reward.
If Emeline survived, she will storm into the Lodge as soon as you talk to Elias. The Lodge-master will proclaim there is only one way to settle this: by duelling Emeline in the Crucible arena. If you win, you can claim the reward.
