Walkthrough
Although hunters can be encountered in several camps across the island, their Lodge head-quarters for Peh is located in the poor district of Warden's Hold: the Shallows.
Upon entering the headquarters, you will witness a short conversation between Lodgemaster Elias and the renowned huntress Emeline. You can wait until they finish, or interrupt the conversation by talking to Elias.
Lodgemaster Elias will give you three tasks that must be completed before he grants you membership and gives you a hunter's license.
The first task is to acquire a pocket watch that a rich citizen lost in some ill-advised jaunt in the dangerous Everglade Swamps.
The pocket watch was lost near the hunters' camp in the Everglade Swamps. The owner of the watch believes it was eaten by a ghoul.
Near to the camp, you will need to locate a ghoul with a watch in its belly. Use sense mode to look around the camp for ghouls, and locate the one emitting sound and visible “noise”.
Kill the ghoul, then retrieve the pocket watch. Head back to Elias in the Hunters' Lodge head-quarters for a reward.
